Return Policy

Returns by product Check the product return policy before placing an order. Return rules can vary for Decoz products, seller-supplied products, personalised items and made-to-order gifts.
Many products are sold directly by Decoz, while some products are supplied by other Decoz sellers. Return policies can vary by product and seller, so please check the product page before placing an order.

Where to check returns

The return policy for a product is shown on the product page before checkout. Please check the product's return details before placing an order, especially if the item is personalised, custom-made, made-to-order or part of a seller promotion.

Orders from more than one seller

If an order contains products from Decoz and another seller, or from more than one seller, each product may be covered by a different return policy. A return, exchange or refund request is reviewed using the policy attached to the product and the seller that supplied it.

Seller and return details

The seller that supplied the product may need order details, issue photos and delivery details to review a return or refund request. Return addresses, seller details or return instructions may be provided when needed. Please do not send a product back until the return instructions have been confirmed.

Personalised and custom-made products

Some sellers may not accept change-of-mind returns for personalised, custom-made or made-to-order products after production has started. Please check names, spelling, dates, colours, sizes and other custom details carefully before placing your order.

Faulty, incorrect or damaged items

If your item is faulty, incorrect, damaged or does not match the product description, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos showing the issue. The seller that supplied the product will review the request and Decoz will help coordinate the next step, such as a replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate.

Nothing on this page limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws. If you have a return question, contact us at support@decoz.com.au with your order number.
