Shipping Policy

Delivery van illustration
Shipping by product Dispatch times and delivery options are shown before checkout. Decoz products and seller-supplied products may have different preparation times, shipping methods and delivery costs.
Many products are sold directly by Decoz, while some products are supplied by other Decoz sellers. Shipping policies, shipping methods and dispatch times can vary by product and seller, so please check the product page and checkout for the shipping details that apply to your order.

Where to check dispatch time

Each product page shows the dispatch time for that product. Dispatch time is the time the seller needs to prepare, personalise, print, pack or make the item before it is handed to the carrier. Some products may be ready quickly, while personalised or made-to-order products can take longer.

Where to check delivery cost

Available shipping methods and final postage costs are calculated at checkout from the products in your cart, the relevant shipping policies, your delivery country and the selected delivery method. If your cart contains products from Decoz and another seller, or from more than one seller, shipping may be calculated separately.

Seller and delivery details

The seller supplying a product may receive the order and delivery details needed to make, pack and ship the item. Shop names, seller details, return addresses or shipping details may also appear on order pages, packing slips, shipping labels, return instructions or support messages where needed.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates are shown in addition to dispatch time. Carrier delays, public holidays, remote delivery areas, customs checks and incorrect address details can affect the final delivery date.

What is the status of my order?

Upon submitting your order, you will receive an email from us with your invoice. We will send you further updates via email as your order progresses through our system, and another email notification once your order is shipped. If you would like to track the progress of your order, simply log in to your account and visit Purchases to view your previous or current orders.

What if my product is lost or damaged during shipping?

While it is uncommon for products to get lost or damaged during shipping, we have policies in place to address these situations:
  • Lost: If your order has not arrived after a reasonable carrier investigation period, please contact us so the relevant seller can review the shipment and work with the carrier.
  • Damaged: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label. The seller that supplied the product will review the claim and we will help coordinate the next step, such as a replacement or refund where appropriate.
